∆ Systematic and organized body of knowledge is available in science .
∆ In Management also systematic and organized studies material is available.
(so this feature of science is present in management)
√ Principle are based on experimentation:-
∆ Scientific principle have been developed through observation.
∆ Principle of management have also develop over a period of time on the basis of experimentation and observation in different types of organisation.
∆ But Management deals with Human beings and human behaviour hence the result of these experiments are not so exect .
( this feature of science is particularly present in management).

Management can be accepted as a science as it is based on principles and experimentation as these are formed after a careful research and experiment and the universal applicability is also there and it is based on the existence of theoretical knowledge that is why management cannot be totally accepted as a science as the rules of management are not rigid as science that is why earnest dale has called it soft science
