1. a substance is called a gas if its boiling point is below room temperature.

1. vapour is a substance which under ordinary conditions is a solid or liquid but in a specific condition,is in gaseous state.

2. gas can be liquefied by lowering it's temperature below its critical temperature,it then becomes a vapour and may be liquefied.
