If you know about the author of this story,Who's is Ruskin bond,he have a different way of writing..when you read his books...it's like sometime "reading between the lines" which is sometimes mysterious.
So this is a story he wrote about his experience while in the train..where he met(just didn't saw because of his blurry eyesight) a girl who he later discovered also having the same situation with eyes..as she was blind.
So the Heading of this story,as you can see it a little like phrasal word with no meaning and is like mysterious,and it literally means in hindi "आँखों के पास".
So,in other words this title doesn't makes any sense at all,but is meant to describe the whole story like a emotion and in a different way.
