Message is a short communication sent from one person to another or the central theme or idea of a communication.
1. Mention the time and date when the message is written.
2. Give a salutation for e.g. Dear father/uncle.
3. Message should be given in a box
4. Remeber to give only important points, do not add any other information.
5. Put the signature at the end of the message.
6. Abbreviations and symbols can be used. for e.g.- M.D. (Managing Director)
