turned into a horrible civil war
governments response to demands it is
believed that if the rulers or
governments are willing to share power
and resources with the minority
community it can avoid tensions and
unrest on the other hand if the
government uses force to suppress
reasonable demands
it may result in civil unrest and
disintegration obstacles in the
political expression of social divisions
sometimes when marginalized deprived and
discriminated sections of society do not
find a peaceful and democratic way of
expression and may choose a violent path

extent is an example of violent
expression of social divisions however
it should be kept in mind that among all
the means available to us democracy's
the best possible way to accommodate
contradictory demands let's recall what
we have learnt social divisions are
natural and exist in every society
social divisions may acquire political
