A GMAT mock test is a practice version of the actual GMAT entrance exam. It is designed to help you become familiar to the format of the GMAT exam to assess your strengths and weaknesses. Mock tests often include sample questions that are similar in content and difficulty to those that you will encounter on the actual GMAT exam. They can be a helpful tool in preparing for the GMAT entrance exam, as they allow you to experience what the test will be like in a simulated environment.
EduRev’s mock test series includes various tests and practice questions to help students prepare for the GMAT exam, as well as detailed solutions for each question which helps assess their strengths and weaknesses and prepare them for the real GMAT exam.
Usually, students prefer practicing for exams using the previous year's papers, but since the GMAT exam is a computer-adaptive test, everyone has a different question paper depending on the algorithm. This means that getting a universal Previous year question paper is not possible. Meaning that an alternative to the Previous Year's Question Papers is needed. One way to do this is by going through GMAT exam practice tests based on the previous year's questions. GMAT exam Practice Questions and Mock tests for each section of the exam are available on EduRev.
The difference between practice questions and mock tests is that practice questions don’t usually put you in a simulated test environment.
These practice questions and sample papers can help you familiarize yourself with the format and content of the GMAT exam, and identify areas where you need to focus your studies.
