today I thought I'd show you one of the
first music production tips I ever
learned how to add presence to
percussion sounds okay so here's the dry
percussion loop from FPC to add presence
loader reverb I'm using fruity reverb to

splashy not good in a mix then turn the
Decatur minimum notice the hint shows
point 1 seconds also turn down any pre
delayed minimum to this very short
reverb blends with the drums and really
helps to lift them out of the mix and it
does this without muddying the sound I
often perform this trick on snare drums
for total sweetness just flow the wet
and dry mix to get the right balance
don't forget you can add some brightness
with the high cutoff parameter before
