hi there's one more thing I wanted to
show you and if you miss the first part
of this tutorial I'll put the link in
the description if you already seen it
you see that this looks a little bit
different and the reason for that is
because I actually took the time and
scale down the image a little bit to
make it fit better in the frame and also
when I was using the fuzzy select tool
to select the black of the image with
the frame I used a higher threshold to
make sure i have selected all the black
now next thing I want to do is go ahead
and create a new layer and make sure
this layer is on top of the image but
under the image of the frame also make
sure the layer is active and then with
the rectangle select tool I want to make
a selection here i'm going to click and
drag
and make this selection I'm zooming in
and out with the control key and mouse
wheel and once I make a selection I'll
go to the Edit menu and select stroke
selection and here I'm going to use the
defaults but if you want to you can
experiment with this all you want you
can try with the higher number of pixels
or lower number here but I'm going to
use the file just click stroke next I'll
go to filters blur Gaussian blur and a
game here I'm going to use the defaults
but if you want to you can experiment
with the number of the blur radius and
something important make sure that the
selection is active that you haven't
removed it and as you can see here in
the preview this will apply the effect
on the inside of the selection so I'm
just going to click OK here then go to
select none and zoom in a little bit so
you can see what happened and this
created a little bit more realism to
this framed painting so that's it for
