first actual thing that we're gonna take
care of today which is configuring your
microphone in the Adobe Audition ca6
studio in order to you know make
recordings that actually sound good so
the first thing you want to do is
connect your microphone to your computer
with USB or however you want to connect
it I have this microphone in front of me
that I'm using actually to talk in okay
so the first thing you want to do to
make in order to make the microphone
sound as you want to so you want to
click on edits as you can see right here
and then you want to click on
preferences and then you want to click
on general now this menu pops out this
window and you don't wanna do anything
like like in here because there's
nothing we need in this but we just want
to go straight to audio hardware the
fourth tab okay so the first thing you
want to do is you just want to leave
this because it's just this is just Mme
input and you wanna pick your microphone
as you can see I have two microphones
one um that that's in front of me and
the second one that's just which is in
the camera and in my cat a my Logitech
c920 as you can see so I'm going to pick
the microphone that I want which is the
Samson see when you pro microphone and
that's basically how you set it up and
able to hear it through the the right
channel just wanna click on default
output and now you want to pick your
real tech high definition audio and it
says loudspeakers that's Dutch for
speakers such big so that's sounds
pretty retarded probably but that's how
it is you're pretty much done I mean you
just like your mind you wanna you can
switch back and forth between
microphones you don't want to make
yourself sound like complete retard if
you're just going to select you know the
wrong microphone is always make sure you
pick the right
her phone so you will in order to yeah
to just you know make yourself sound
good so I'm just going to put the sound
I'm just gonna pick the Samsung see you
on you pro microphone because I I gotta
be honest with you the microphone of the
of the webcam to see Logitech c920 HD
webcam isn't that good at all so if you
have the money just get a proper mic
this is like I think like a hundred
dollars for just a really good condenser
microphone that's how you can do it so
you just want to pick in your default
input you want to pick your microphone
you can choose which one you want to use
and then you just click on default
output and you just want to pick the
realtek high-definition audio output and
then the latency just leave that on 200
because you don't mess around with
anything of that and the sample rate
we're just gonna keep that on 44100 or
4400 whatever how we want to call it so
that's basically how you set up your
