You need the cofounders of the who are having the same vision as you have for your company  as we all know  the smart people have problem working together  you have to be patient and bring all of them together  to be in one path,if you're having committed and dedicated team ,they will strive  towards your desired goal ,and stand ur ground ,be  motivated all the time to reach the goal you desire, always be in a company with more self motivated people then you will keep your business and your vision  in a great way to success
