Let the number is 10y+x where x is the unit digit and y is the ten's digit. Then by the given question,

y=x+6 ----(1) and

10y+x=10(x+y)

or, 10y+x=10x+10y

or, x-10x=0

or, x=0

 ∴, y=0+6

or, y=6

∴, the given number is

10*6+0=60

Solution:

Given conditions:
- The ten's digit exceeds the unit's digit by 6.
- The number is equal to ten times the sum of digits.

Let's assume the ten's digit as x and the unit's digit as y.

Mathematical representation:
- The number can be represented as 10x + y.
- According to the given conditions, we have x = y + 6.

Substitute x = y + 6 into the number representation equation:
10(y + 6) + y = 10(y + 6) + y
Solving the equation:
10y + 60 + y = 10y + 60 + y
11y = 11y
y = 0

Therefore, the unit's digit (y) is 0.
Substitute y = 0 into x = y + 6:
x = 0 + 6
x = 6

So, the ten's digit (x) is 6.

Calculating the number:
Number = 10x + y
Number = 10(6) + 0
Number = 60

Therefore, the number is 60.
