Since the Field is semi infinite, both the charged particles will start to travel in a circular path inside the mag. field, and after completing a semicircle, will come out. (So obviously if they enter parallely, they exit parallely)(although the radii of those paths being different). The radii of their respective paths is dependent (directly proportional) on their mass. So both of them come out at different instants (with electron coming b4 the proton).

The entry and exit of electron & proton in the magnetic field makes the same angle with AB as shown.
Therefore both will come out travelling in parallel paths.
