For semiconductors we have negative temperature coefficient of resistance i.e. as temperature increases then conductivity increases and resistance decreases.
This is primarily because increase in the carrier concentration (electrons in conductivity and holes in valence band) caused by excitation of electrons from valence band to conduction band
