For positive +4 Vin diode will reverse bias. so no current will flow. in -6 Vin diode will forward biase and diode volatage V0=0 and capacitor will charge with Vc=+6v.
Now Vin and Vc in series so Vi +Vc =-6/+4 +6= 0/10v. so for remaining cycles diode will always reverse biase and cap will never discharge with Vc=+6v constant.
so answer will A. output voltage will 0 and 10v only
