1.Conductors :The electrical conductivity of a conductor will decrease with an increase in temperature. So when temperature reduces, conductivity of a conductor increases.
2. Insulator :For insulators the conductivity of the material is increased, when the temperature is increased. When the conductivity of the material is increased, we know that the resistivity decreases and the current flow thus increases. So some insulators at room temperatures changes to conductors at high temperature.
3.Semi conductors : With an increase of temperature, the conductivity of semiconductor increases and resistivity decreases.
