Number of lines on Q1 is greater and number of lines is directly proportional to magnitude of charge.So, |Q1| > |Q2|

Electric field will be zero to the right of Q2 as it has small magnitude and opposite sign to that of Q1

Let electric field due to Q1 is  and due to Q2, is

Since |Q2| < |Q1| and r2 > r1
To the right of  are antiparallel and 
|Q1| > |Q2| but r1> r2 
So at some point 
and electric field will be zero.
