I am trying to do business in 2 and 3 tier cities of India and there are few that needs to be addressed. It would be great if anyone can help on this. 1) How to manage credit system as once you give service to some one they are not easily pay your money back. Is there anyway to get it resolved? 2) If you have a small team how to follow up with your each costumers. 3)How metros can help us to make business in 2 and 2tier cities?

For honest 2nd tier and 3rd tier cities are best soil for small businesses to grow up amd its good for star ups.. but I think you have already facing some problems like credit repayment and team management..

1. As per my opinion I think you need to go through some proper legal documentations before giving someone credit or you have to understand that the person taking credit are trust worthy or not, cause if your money goes to someone's pocket then its it's really hard to get it back, so think twice before giving someone credit.

2. There are lots of CRM tools are available to follow up customers and team management, little bit Google search and youtube search will answers your all questions.

3. If you start your business in 2nd and 3rd tier city and if you somehow established your business there, it will be very easy for you to start your business in metro city..
