While we read the original sentences, we can interpret that although GDP has risen, the ability to provide a job is still less. Moreover, there is nothing mentioned about the population.
So, we can draw conclusions II but not I. Hence, option A is the correct answer.

Given Statements:
(I) India's GDP continues to grow at one of the reasonable rates but job creation is not picking up the similar pace.
(II) Every year over 20 million young Indians join the workforce.

Conclusion I: Population increase is more than the job creation rate.
Conclusion II: Supply basket is less and the demand basket for jobs is very high.

Explanation:
The given statements provide information about the growth of India's GDP and the rate of job creation. It is mentioned that India's GDP continues to grow at a reasonable rate, but job creation is not keeping up with this pace. Additionally, it is stated that over 20 million young Indians join the workforce every year.

Conclusion I: Population increase is more than the job creation rate.
This conclusion can be logically inferred from the given statements. If job creation is not picking up at the same pace as GDP growth and over 20 million young Indians are joining the workforce every year, it indicates that the population increase is more than the job creation rate. The number of new job seekers is higher than the number of job opportunities being created, leading to a gap between population growth and job creation.

Conclusion II: Supply basket is less and the demand basket for jobs is very high.
This conclusion can also be logically inferred from the given statements. The statement mentions that job creation is not picking up at the same pace as GDP growth, indicating that the supply of jobs is less. On the other hand, it is mentioned that over 20 million young Indians join the workforce every year, indicating a high demand for jobs. Therefore, the conclusion that the supply basket is less and the demand basket for jobs is very high can be drawn from the given statements.

Conclusion:
Hence, both Conclusion I and Conclusion II logically follow from the given statements. Therefore, the correct answer is option (b) Conclusion I and II both follow.
