    Analysis:

    Given Information:
    - Total number of students playing Football, Cricket and Chess are 40, 45 and 35 respectively.
    - All new students indulged only in Swimming.
    - No footballer took up Swimming.
    - Total of 13 students played exactly three sports in 2015-16.
    - Total number of students who played exactly two sports in 2014-15 were 25.
    - Number of students playing either two or three sports are multiples of 5.
    - Number of students playing both Football and Chess is the least possible.
    - Number of students playing both Football and Cricket is equal to the number of students playing both Chess and Cricket.

    Solution:

    - Let's assume the number of students who played all four sports is x.
    - Based on the given information, we can create equations to represent the relationships between the number of students playing different combinations of sports.
    - Using the information provided, we can create equations to solve for the value of x.
    - However, based on the constraints and conditions given, it is not possible for any student to play all four sports simultaneously.
    - This is because the conditions restrict students from giving up their current sport or taking up a new sport other than swimming.
    - Therefore, the maximum number of students playing all four sports is 0.

Therefore, based on the given information and constraints, the maximum number of students playing all four sports is 0.
