Every year, growth in total number of tourists = 10% over the previous year.
Number of tourists in the current year = 1.10 x Number of tourist in the previous year.
Number of tourists in 2011 (2 years before) = 800/(1.1)2 = 661.16 thousand.

Number of tourists visiting South India in 2011 = 20% of 661.16 thousand =132.23 thousand.
Hence, option 3.
