However, I don't know if the Mahabharata is real or not,because I was not born to see that damn!
But onto the topic,there are many clues even today of a great War held in Kurukshetra (the occupied region)..Like the mud is said to be red because of the blood of "terrible war" soldiers..and more like that...Even might be its not true about the people whether they are really: Duryodhan and his 99 brothers,or dronacharya,ashwathama,kripacharya, the 5 padavs, and others...There are just clues of a great war but not exactly the personalities. So we can assume it that the Mahabharata is true...

Or else you are talking about The great book of Shrimadbhagwad Geeta, The stuff and verses present in the Mahabharata, whoever made it was a mind master! He might be a person with great sense,brain and great knowledge ...because if actually the Mahabharata is not true,the knowledge it contains,the sense of logic it contains, is incomparable and vast.

However, a defendant will not be held liable for contact that is deemed offensive only because the victim is abnormally sensitive.
