Work on yourself.. to find what you can get..cause to creat a good business plan you must have great idea about the market or segment that you're entering into...if you're having idea only from you're prospective it'll not be good. then after all these go on 4P's (or) 6P's that companies use....

Sort out the targeting customers next,check if any promising customers for your product.
Make a Financial chart and flow of money.
Plan for launching the product with few trails first(just trails in mean time for reach)
