As per the given data, we get
Time taken for the first 30 km = distance /speed = 30/10 = 3 hours
Time taken for the next 40 km = 40/20 = 2 hours
Time taken for the next 60 km = 60/30 = 2 hours
Total time = 3 + 2 + 2 = 7 hours
Total distance = 30 + 40 + 60 = 130 km
∴ Average speed = total distance/total time = 130/7 = 18.6 km/hr
