From the data, we can have diagram as given below.

AP = √(2 - 0)² + (-2 - 0)²= 2√2
QC = √(0 - 2)² + (10 - 12)²= 2√2
CR = √(2 - 4)² + (12 - 10)²= 2√2
SA = √(4 - 2)² + (0 - (-0))²= 2√2
∴ Total distance = 10 + 10 + 8√2 = 20 + 8√2 ≈ 31.28
