No,Its Fateh burj which is 328 ft tall historical minar which was made in 2011,and is situated in Chhappar chhiri park,in Chappar chhiri village in punjab. The park was made as a memorial for the of battle Chhappar chhiri fought in that place,and also respectful symbol for Banda Bahadur singh,the leader of the sikhs in the battle.
It's an amazing place if you have visited,because I live in Chandigarh and have visited that place...there are many statues of the sikh battle mens...also the place is fully decorated.At night,the light lit up around the faces of the statues ,and it look like they are alive!
