B can do it in 18 days

A,B and C received a total of 27,000 for the whole work

Step 1: Calculation of efficiency
The efficiency of A = 1/15
The efficiency of B = 1/18
The efficiency of A+B+C = 1/6
The efficiency of C = (A+B+C) - (A+B) = 1/6 - 1/15 - 1/18 = 1/45

Step 2: Calculation of ratio of work done
The ratio of work done by A, B and C = (efficiency * time taken) = (1/15 * 6) : (1/18 * 6) : (1/45 * 6) = 2 : 3 : 1

Step 3: Calculation of share of B
Let the total amount received be x.
The share of B = (3/6) * x = (1/2) * x
Given that the total amount received is 27,000.
Therefore, (1/2) * x = (3/6) * 27,000
=> (1/2) * x = 13,500
=> x = 27,000
Hence, the share of B = (1/2) * 27,000 = 13,500
Therefore, the correct answer is option B (9,000).
