Speed of boat in upstream = 20 – 2 = 18 km/h

So distance covered 18 x (90/60) = 27 km
Distance yet to be covered = 100 – 27 = 73 km
Now the boat has to travel 73 km towards Vivekanand rock and then 100 km back to Kanchipuram is
