Given data:
- Rohan and Mohan can complete a work in 17 days
- After 7 days, Rohan left the work
- Mohan completed the work in the next 15 days
- They both got Rs 5100 for the work

Let's assume that the total work is equal to 1 unit.

Step 1: Calculation of work done by Rohan and Mohan in 1 day
- In 1 day, Rohan and Mohan can complete 1/17th of the total work
- Let's assume that Rohan can complete 1/xth of the total work in 1 day
- So, Mohan can complete (1 - 1/x)th of the total work in 1 day
- After 7 days, the work done by Rohan = (7/17)th of the total work
- So, the work left to be done = (1 - 7/17)th of the total work = 10/17th of the total work
- Mohan completed this work in 15 days, so the work done by Mohan in 1 day = (10/17)/15 = 2/51th of the total work
- Therefore, the work done by Rohan in 1 day = (1/17) - (2/51) = 1/34th of the total work
