Ram initially facing north-west, which is shown in the below figure.
After turning 90° in the clockwise direction, Ram will be facing north-east, which is shown in the below figure.
After turning 135° in the anticlockwise direction, Ram will be facing towards the west, which is shown in the below figure.
Therefore, Ram is facing towards the west direction now.
Hence, option B is the correct answer.
