IMPULSE MOMENTUM THEOREM 
F is directly proportional to dp/dt
F = K dp/dt
Here K is constant = 1
F = dp/dt                    [ P = MV ]
F = d [ MV ]/dt
F = M. dv/dt     [dv/dt = a]
F = M*A
Maximum tension of rope = 600 N 
Case 1 = When monkey climbs up with 6 ms*-2
Fnet = MA

T - mg = MA
T - 400 = 240
T = 240 + 400 
T = 640 N 
Here T is more than maximum Tension . So ,  rope will be broke 
But in Case 2 = when monkey climbs up with constant velocity = 5ms*-1  . So, acceleration = 0
Fnet = ma
T - mg = ma
T - 400 = 0
T = 400 N
Hence rope will not broke .
