This was proposed By John dalton in his atomic theory that atom is indivisible in his very first postulate but on the contrary it was found that atom is divided into further sub-atomic particles i.e proton which are positively charged, neutrons which have no charge and electrons which carry a negative charge which is a drawback to this theory
