M is 2nd to the left of S. M is not neighbour of N. So M must be sit immediate left of R.
From this N is sitting exactly in the middle.
So I alone is sufficient to answer the question.
From II,
S is immediate left of N. One person sits between N and Q who is not sitting at end. P is immediate right of Q.
From this we can't say who is in the middle so II alone is not sufficient to answer the question.
