Given Information:
The conditions for selecting Chief Manager - Sales in the organization are:
- Graduate with at least 60% marks
- Secured at least 55% marks in the selection process
- Age between 30 to 40 years
- Post graduate degree/diploma holder in Marketing/Sales Management
- Post qualification work experience of at least eight years in Sales/Marketing division

Analysis of Mita Keswani's Case:
- Mita Keswani has been working in the marketing division for 11 years after post-graduation.
- She has secured 62% marks in the selection process and 70% marks in graduation.
- She was born on 2nd November 1978.

Reasoning:
- Mita Keswani meets the criteria of being a post graduate degree holder in Marketing/Sales Management and having a post qualification work experience of over eight years in Sales/Marketing.
- She also meets the age criteria of being between 30 to 40 years.
- However, there is a discrepancy in the marks criteria as she has secured more than 65% marks in graduation but has not met the minimum requirement of 55% marks in the selection process.
- The information provided does not specify the exact number of years of experience Mita has, which is crucial to determine if she meets the minimum requirement of eight years.

Conclusion:
- The data provided is inadequate to make a decision on whether Mita Keswani should be selected for the position of Chief Manager - Sales.
- Without knowing the exact number of years of experience Mita has, it is not possible to determine if she fulfills all the necessary conditions for the role.
- Therefore, the case cannot be categorized as either selected or not selected, and it cannot be referred to GM-Sales or VP-Sales based on the given information.
