Calculating cache size:
Cache size = Number of sets * Number of lines per set * Line size

Main memory size = Number of blocks * Block size
16 MB = Number of blocks * 32 bytes

Calculating set number:
Set number = (Block number) mod (Number of sets)

Block number = FOA1B5 in hexadecimal = 15,224,181 in decimal
Set number = (15,224,181) mod (128) = 13
