A formal Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed in Delhi by Mr D. Maiti, CEO (MiG Complex), HAL and Mr Yaacov Berkovitz, VP & GM Aviation Group, IAI in the presence of Mr Chandraker Bharati, JS (Aero), MoD.
