Team Forte's Total Members:
- Given that Team Forte has 60 members

Number of Duos in Team Forte:
- To find the number of possible duos, we need to calculate the number of ways 2 members can be selected from a group of 60 members
- This can be calculated using the combination formula C(n, r) = n! / (r!(n-r)!)
- C(60, 2) = 60! / (2!(60-2)!) = 60! / (2!58!) = 60*59 / 2 = 1770

Team Legato's Total Members:
- Given that Team Legato has 1/4 as many members as Team Forte
- Number of members in Team Legato = 1/4 * 60 = 15

Number of Duos in Team Legato:
- To find the number of possible duos in Team Legato, we use the same formula as above
- C(15, 2) = 15! / (2!(15-2)!) = 15! / (2!13!) = 15*14 / 2 = 105

Therefore, the number of possible duos in Team Legato is 105 and in Team Forte is 1770. Hence, the correct answers are options A and D.

The answer is 1770 and 105. If there are 60 members on Forte, then there are 15 members of Legato. We’re choosing 2 from 60, and 2 from 15, so we’d need to use the Combination formula:
60! / (60-2)! 2! = 60 x 59 / 2 = 30 x 59 = 1770
15! / (15-2)! 2! = 15 x 14 / 2 = 15 x 7 = 105
