Given that: There are nine persons sitting around a circular table. Some are facing inside while some are facing outside the table.
(As now we don't know who is facing inside or who is facing outside).
Q does not face inside → Means Q is facing outside.
R is fourth to the right of Q.
Q sits second to the right of the one who sits third to the left of U.
Here 2 conditions will generate:
Only three persons are sitting between T and S.
And S is second to the right of U.
Here 2 more conditions will generate as 3 persons are sitting between T and S.
Case III is generated by Case I
And Case IV is generated by Case II.
V is second to the left of X and faces opposite direction of Q.
Q is in the middle of X and V.
Here we have to eliminate Case II and Case IV, as they does not follow this above condition.
W is not an immediate neighbour of U and sits third to the right of P.
Here Case I will eliminate.
W and P are facing same direction but opposite to R, S and X.
So, R and S will face outside. And W and P will face inside.
So, the final diagram of the given condition is:
As we can see that:
R is immediate left of W → True
R is second to the right of P → True
R is fifth to the left of V → True
R is immediate left of U → True
All the statements are true.
So, All are correct.
Hence, the correct option is (B).
