Most Upvoted Answer
Why outstanding expenses and accrued incomes are non cash items?
Outstanding expenses are those expenses which are unpaid during a financial period, but were the expenses related to that particular period. And no cash transaction has taken place regarding the same. And accrued incomes are those incomes which are earned but not received in other words the amount has not been received that's why these both are considered non cash items as no payment has been paid or received.
