Selection Process for SBI PO Exam

The State Bank of India (SBI) conducts the Probationary Officer (PO) Exam every year to recruit candidates for the position of Probationary Officer in its branches across the country. The selection process for the SBI PO Exam consists of three stages:

3. Group Exercise and Interview:
- Candidates who qualify the main examination are shortlisted for the group exercise and interview stage.
- The group exercise carries 20 marks, while the interview carries 30 marks.
- The group exercise involves activities such as group discussions, case studies, and presentations, which assess the candidate's communication and leadership skills.
- The interview is conducted to evaluate the candidate's suitability for the role of a Probationary Officer.

Number of Candidates Selected for Pre-Exam Training
