In the question, a statement is given, followed by two arguments, I and II. You have to consider the statement to be true even if it seems to be at variance from commonly known facts. You have to decide which of the given arguments, if any, is a strong argument.
Statement: Should Indian censor board introduce stringent rules against Indian film glamorizing stalking, and objectifying women?
Arguments:
I: Yes. Indian films are very pervasive among the Indian masses, but Indian films are known for glamorizing stalking, and other activities which are in the litany of crime against women according to the Indian laws.
II: No. Moral policing shouldn’t be done. A person should be left with his/her own judgement, and if anyone breaks laws, he/she should be held accountable according to his/her actions on merit.

Argument I is strong.
Indian films over time have attempted to objectify women and to glamorize stalking and other acts of sexual harassment. Knowing that the Indian films are very pervasive in the society, there is lack of knowledge among the masses on what constitute a crime-against-women according to the Indian law, and that people take high inspirations from the films, discouraging films to glamorize stalking, objectification of women and other forms of harassment-against-women in the films would help in decreasing the crime against women.
Though argument II is also strong but the disgust for moral-policing shouldn’t be made an excuse to glamorize activities which are considered against the law.
So, argument I is stronger than argument II.
