For library P,
Number of books owned = 340
Number of booked issued = 260
Number of books available = 340 – 260 = 80
Number of Hindi books available = 60
So, number of English books available = 80 – 60 = 20
Number of English books owned = 7/17 x 340 = 140
So, number of English books issued = 140 – 20 = 120
For library T,
Number of books owned = 420
Number of booked issued = 320
Number of books available = 420 – 320 = 100
Number of Hindi books available = 70
So, number of English books available = 100 – 70 = 30
Required % = 30/120 x 100 = 25%
Hence answer is option D
