(As it is a circular arrangement, we can randomly pick a seat for S and then place T accordingly.)
2) P is sitting third to the right of R.
3) P is an immediate neighbor of T.
(Implies, P is either sitting to the left of T or to the right of T. There will be two cases based on the position of P as shown in the image below.)
4) R is not sitting opposite S.
