6. Right to Constitutional Remedies:
The Right to Constitutional Remedies is considered the most important fundamental right as it allows individuals to seek legal remedies in case their fundamental rights are violated. It empowers citizens to approach the courts for the enforcement of their rights and enables the judiciary to issue writs, such as habeas corpus, mandamus, certiorari, prohibition, and quo warranto, to protect and uphold the fundamental rights of individuals.
