ANS. (A)

Current Assets=Capital+liability - Fixed Assets

CR = 50000 + 30000- 70000

Hence Ans. CURRENT ASSETS= 10000

Current Assets=Capital+liability - Fixed Assets

CR = 50000 + 30000- 70000

Hence Ans. CURRENT ASSETS= 10000

Very simple

owner's capital refers to amount of assets left with owner

so here, owner's capital = Assets - liabilities

50,000 =(70,000+current assets)- 30,000

=> 80,000-70,000 =10,000.

therefore, option a is correct.

The balance sheet should always have equal asset to liabilities along with capital then (liabilities) 30000+(capital)50000=(assets)70000+(current assets)x

50000+30000-70000=10000(current assets)

50000+30000-70000=10000(current assets)
