Directions: Study the following information carefully and answer the questions given below.
A certain number of persons were sitting in a row facing north such that number of persons on the right of Roop was same as the number of persons on the left of Gaur. Gaur sits on the left of Roop. Deep sits exactly in the middle of Roop and Gaur, and number of persons between Deep and Roop were twice the number of persons on the right of Roop, who was 58th from the left end.

Deep sits exactly in the middle of Roop and Gaur
Inference: Let’s assume that number of persons on the right of Roop and on the on the left of Gaur was X, and the number of persons between Deep and Roop, and Gaur and Deep are Y. Then, Order of persons in the row = X persons + Gaur + Y persons + Deep + Y persons + Roop + X persons
Reference: Number of persons between Deep and Roop were twice the number of persons on the right of Roop, who was 58th from the left end.
Inference: After using the above references, we have: Position of Roop from left end = 58th And, Number of persons between Deep and Roop were twice the number of persons on the right of Roop i.e. 2X = Y.
Here, Number of persons to the left of Roop in the row = X persons + Gaur + Y persons + Deep + Y persons.
Now, 57 = X persons + 1 + 2X persons + 1 + 2X persons X = 11 persons Then,
Order of persons in the row = 11 persons + Gaur + 22 persons + Deep + 22 persons + Roop + 11 persons
Following the final solution we can say that there were 69 persons in the row.

Since the number of persons on the right of Roop is the same as the number of persons on the left of Gaur, the total number of persons on the left of Roop = 57

Step 3: Find the total number of persons
As Gaur sits on the left of Roop, the total number of persons = Number of persons on the left of Roop + Number of persons on the right of Roop + Roop
