Rate of solvolysis (SN1 mechanism). So, rate of solvolysis is directly proportional to the formed carbocation stability. In first structure formed carbocation is antiaromatic (very unstable),in second structure carbocation formed is aromatic (most stable) and in third structure carbocation formed is benzyl carbocation which is stable also due to delocalized electron but not as stable as aromatic. Therefore, order of stability of carbocation is 2 then 3 and in last 1, hence rate of solvolysis is also in same order 2,3,1.
