Average temperature for the first three days = 27°C
Average temperature for the next three days = 29°C
Average temperature for the whole week = 28.5°C

Calculation
Let the temperature of the last day be x°C.
Total temperature for the whole week = Average temperature * Number of days
Total temperature for the first three days = 27 * 3 = 81
Total temperature for the next three days = 29 * 3 = 87
Total temperature for the whole week = 28.5 * 7 = 199.5
Total temperature for the whole week = Total temperature for the first three days + Total temperature for the next three days + Temperature of the last day
199.5 = 81 + 87 + x
199.5 = 168 + x
x = 199.5 - 168
x = 31.5
