Explanation:
The pull-down period is the time taken by a refrigerator system to bring the evaporator temperature from ambient temperature to its design value. During this period, the power requirement of the compressor increases continuously. This is because:

  • Initial load on the compressor: When the compressor starts, it has to work against the pressure difference between the high and low-pressure sides of the system. As the refrigerant starts to circulate, the pressure difference reduces, and the compressor load decreases. However, initially, the load on the compressor is high, and it requires more power to operate.

  • Temperature differential: During the pull-down period, the temperature differential between the evaporator and the compressor increases. This means that the compressor has to work harder to maintain the required temperature difference. As the evaporator temperature approaches the design value, the temperature differential reduces, and the compressor load decreases.

  • Heat transfer: During the pull-down period, the rate of heat transfer between the refrigerant and the surrounding increases. This means that the compressor has to work harder to remove the heat from the evaporator. As the evaporator temperature approaches the design value, the rate of heat transfer reduces, and the compressor load decreases.

Therefore, the power requirement of the compressor during the pull-down period increases continuously.

Becz evaporator is used for cooling it's take heat from object and than the refrigerat become vapour..if it's temp is less means some where refrigerant is in liquid state with low temp than the refrigerat when passes through evoparator than its more heat from object and than cooled the object soon and than ths vapour become saturated easily becz of sensible bulb and than compressor need to less time run or less work becz of dry vapour or saturated vapour and the refrigerat take more heat from object than it cool the object soon, than initially work on compressor increase.
