Actually it can have more than 3.. propanal,propanone,prop-2-enol,-methoxyethene,cyclopropanol, 1,2-epoxypropane

The answer is 3 because the ability of C3H6O is to form three isomers..You try to interchange the bonds to electrons and electrons to bonds...You will get the answer frnd....
