The balanced chemical reaction is;
Usually such questions are asked by either saying the reaction is at STP,so you have to consider this in the mind
Step 1
Use PV = nRT to determine the moles of C6H5OH
 
Step 2
calculate the moles of H2O & CO2 are produced
for 1 mole of C6H5OH , 3 mole of H2O are produced
hence for 1.3387 moles,moles of H2O produced are = 1.3387 X 3
                                                                                    = 4.0161 moles
similarly,
since 1 mole of C6H5OH ,3 mole of CO2 are produced will be = 1.3387 X 6
                                                                                               =  8.0322 moles
 
Step 3
Use moles H2O & CO2 to convert it into volume
(a) Volume of H2O
1 atm X V ml = 4.0161 X 0.083 L atm/K/mol  X 273K
=> Volume of H2O = 90ml
 
(b) Volume of CO2
1 atm X V ml = 8.0322 X 0.0823 L atm/K/mol  X 273K
=>volume of CO2 = 180ml
hence change in volume = (180 + 90) – 30
                                     =  240ml
